About Swiss Sense

Swiss Sense has its roots in the Netherlands and its head office in the town of Uden (province of Noord-Brabant). Since 1918, the Diks family, the founders of the business, have been active in developing and producing beds and mattresses.

Early in the 21st century, 90 years of experience in sleeping was bundled and a start was made with the development of high-quality boxsprings. Fundamentals of this collection are craftsmanship, quality and innovation, whereby values like "comfort" and "natural materials" take priority. Swiss Sense therefore guarantees a feeling of precision, quality and safety.

The products of Swiss Sense are meticulously fabricated from a selection of exclusive and high-quality materials drawn from all over the world. Fabrics originate in Belgium, while mattresses are made by Dutch and Belgian suppliers. Did you know that all main, natural materials such as horsehair, talalay latex, wool and cotton used by Swiss Sense are sourced from reputable companies in the Netherlands? The motors of an electrically adjustable system come from Germany, and the various (metal) components are made in the Far East, mainly China and Malaysia. The actual production takes place in carefully selected factories in both Europe and Asia, according to the wishes from the customer and following the European standards. Design and development take place in the Netherlands.

The high quality requirements made by Swiss Sense of its products are confirmed by the accreditations and test reports of various European institutions, including TNO certification for the Preventum 400, 600 and 800 mattresses, the Okö Tex Standard 100-label for foam production, the TUV-approval for the motors and various warranties issued by the fabric suppliers.

So confident are we that a Swiss Sense boxspring will meet your needs way into the future, that we offer a 25-year written guarantee against spring or frame failure. This 25-year guarantee is supplemented by the warranty provisions drawn up by the CBW, the central home furnishings sector, which are laid down by law in the Netherlands.

Guarantees provided by Swiss Sense of course do not cover defects caused by incorrect or poor maintenance, injudicious use or otherwise by the buyer. Moreover, the guarantee does not apply to wear and tear or contours that result from normal use.

Trusting to have been of service, we wish you a superb night's sleep and again thank you for the confidence shown in our Swiss Sense products.

Regards,

Mark Diks
