Remember to state your name, address, telephone no. and order no. if you have one.
You will receive an answer to your question as soon as possible.

What to do if you have a complaint
If, despite our best efforts, you are in any way dissatisfied with a product or
your experience with Swiss Sense, the there are various means of registering a complaint.

  • You can report your complaint online: info@swisssense.nl.
    Swiss Sense will then respond to your complaint within two working days of receipt.
  • You may prefer to print and complete the form, then forward it by post to:
    Swiss Sense B.V., Freepost 10014, 5400 VB, Uden, the Netherlands.
    You will receive a reply to your letter of complaint within 7 working days.
  • You also have the option of submitting your service request by telephone.
    Calls should be made to (0413) 82 08 88 on working days, between 09.00 and 21.00 hours.

any complaints in an appropriate manner.
